						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> This article shall not apply to any tract of land in excess of 500 acres under the sole ownership of an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, or any other business unit, device, or arrangement. <a id="paragraph-210372" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-1171/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
