						<section><p>The Commonwealth or any <span class="dictionary">party</span> aggrieved by any final decision of the <span class="dictionary">judge</span> shall have, regardless of the amount involved, the right to <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> to the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span>.
