						<section><p>When any owner or operator of a <span class="dictionary">sanitary landfill</span> submits by certified mail a final closure plan in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall within ninety days of its receipt of such plan, notify by certified mail the owner or operator of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>&#x2019;s decision to approve or disapprove the final closure plan. The ninety-day period shall begin on the day the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> receives the plan by certified mail.</p></section></text><history>1988, cc. 332, 891.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
