						<section><p>After six months have expired from the date of the disapproval or denial of any <span class="dictionary">petition</span> for a <span class="dictionary">soil and water conservation district</span>, subsequent <span class="dictionary">petitions</span> covering the same or substantially the same territory may be filed with the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> as provided in this chapter.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 21-30; 1964, c. 512; 1970, c. 480; 1988, c. 891.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
