						<section><p>Agencies of the Commonwealth which have <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> over or administer any state-owned lands, and agencies of any political subdivision of the Commonwealth which have <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> over or administer any publicly owned lands lying within the boundaries of any district, shall cooperate to the fullest extent with the <span class="dictionary">district directors</span> in the effectuation of programs and operations undertaken pursuant to this chapter. The <span class="dictionary">district directors</span> shall be given free access to enter and perform work upon such public-owned lands.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 21-5; 1970, c. 480; 1988, c. 891.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
