						<section><p>Subject to any restrictions that may apply to the use of money in the <span class="dictionary">Fund</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may approve the use of money in the <span class="dictionary">Fund</span> to make grants or appropriations to <span class="dictionary">local governments</span> to pay the <span class="dictionary">cost</span> of any <span class="dictionary">project</span>. The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may establish such terms and conditions on any grant as it deems appropriate. Grants shall be disbursed from the <span class="dictionary">Fund</span> by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> in accordance with the written direction of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>.</p></section></text><history>2022, cc. 739, 782.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
