						<section><p>The results of the <span class="dictionary">referendum</span> shall be considered by the district <span class="dictionary">directors</span> in determining whether the operation of the proposed watershed improvement district is administratively practicable and feasible. The district <span class="dictionary">directors</span> shall not be authorized to determine that operation of the proposed watershed improvement district is administratively practicable and feasible unless a simple majority of the votes cast in the <span class="dictionary">referendum</span> have been cast in favor of the creation of the watershed improvement district.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 668, &#xA7; 21-112.5; 1970, c. 480; 1977, c. 40; 1988, c. 891; 2005, c. 128.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
