						<section><p>If the owners of at least two-thirds of the land area in the district vote in the election, and if at least two-thirds of the voters in the election vote in favor of incurring the indebtedness or issuing <span class="dictionary">bonds</span>, the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> or <span class="dictionary">courts</span> shall enter an <span class="dictionary">order</span> authorizing the governing body of the watershed improvement district to incur indebtedness or <span class="dictionary">issue</span> <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> for one or more of the purposes for which the district was created.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 668, &#xA7; 21-112.16; 1988, c. 891.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
