						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">judgments</span> of the Commission for fines or penalties, or for the recovery of money, shall take effect as of the date thereof, and when allowed by the Commission, the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> shall bear interest from that date.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 12-61; 1971, Ex.
