						<section><p>Nothing in this title or in Title 56 shall be construed to take away or impair the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> of any <span class="dictionary">court</span> of this Commonwealth to hear and determine any proceeding, suit or <span class="dictionary">motion</span> of which it has <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span>, for the enforcement of any fine or <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> against any corporation under the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of this Commonwealth, but the powers and <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> of the Commission to hear, determine and enforce such fines and penalties shall be construed to be concurrent.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 12-2; 1971, Ex.
