						<section><p>All <span class="dictionary">appeals</span> from the State Corporation Commission shall be taken and perfected, and the clerk of the Commission shall make up and transmit the record on <span class="dictionary">appeal</span>, within 120 days from the date of the <span class="dictionary">finding</span>, <span class="dictionary">order</span>, or <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> appealed from. The method of taking and prosecuting any <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> from the Commission shall be as provided by the rules of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 12-63; 1971, Ex.
