						<section><p>Any provision of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Member's transferable interest subject to charging order" href="/13.1-1041.1/">13.1-1041.1</a> that provides or restricts remedies available to a <span class="dictionary">judgment creditor</span> of a <span class="dictionary">member</span> of a <span class="dictionary">limited liability company</span> or owner of a <span class="dictionary">membership interest</span> of the series <span class="dictionary">limited liability company</span> applies to a <span class="dictionary">judgment creditor</span> of:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> An associated <span class="dictionary">member</span> or <span class="dictionary">protected series assignee</span> of a protected series; or <a id="paragraph-216938" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/13.1-1099.9/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
