						<section><p>A certificate delivered with a copy of any <span class="dictionary">document</span> admitted to the records of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>, bearing the <span class="dictionary">signature</span> of the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> or a member of the staff of the office of the clerk, which in either case may be in facsimile, and the seal of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> that the <span class="dictionary">document</span> has been admitted to the records of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>.</p></section></text><history>1985, c. 522; 2005, c. 765; 2019, c. 734.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
