						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">articles of incorporation</span> may provide for (i) a lesser or greater quorum requirement for <span class="dictionary">shareholders</span> or <span class="dictionary">voting groups</span> of <span class="dictionary">shareholders</span>, but in each case not less than one third of the <span class="dictionary">shares</span> eligible to vote or (ii) a greater voting requirement for <span class="dictionary">shareholders</span>, or <span class="dictionary">voting groups</span> of <span class="dictionary">shareholders</span>, than is provided by this chapter. <a id="paragraph-276440" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/13.1-668/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
