						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">county</span> may, by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span>, regulate the screening of <span class="dictionary">motion</span> pictures, classified by the <span class="dictionary">motion</span> picture industry as being suitable for display to adult audiences only, in drive-in theaters where such <span class="dictionary">motion</span> pictures are visible to the traveling public from a highway, street or other public way for the purpose of protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 368, &#xA7; 15.1-515.2; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
