						<section><p>Whenever the treasurer for any <span class="dictionary">city</span> or <span class="dictionary">county</span> is appointed finance officer under any regulation of the State Board of Education relating to the operation of jointly owned schools for cities and counties, and such duties do not substantially increase the amount of the revenue to be received annually by him, then no additional <span class="dictionary">bond</span> shall be required of him.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 15-481.1; 1962, c. 493, &#xA7; 15.1-44.1; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
