						<section><p>Any clerk of a <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall have a right to <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> from the annual budget decision of the Board under this article affecting the expenses or allowances of the clerk, or the salary and number of clerk&#x2019;s deputies. In addition, any <span class="dictionary">county</span> or <span class="dictionary">city</span> affected by such decision or the <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span> as representative of the Commonwealth shall have the right to <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> from the decision. Such <span class="dictionary">appeals</span> shall be taken and heard as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Appeal from decision of Board" href="/15.2-1636.9/">15.2-1636.9</a>.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 654, &#xA7; 14.1-52.01; 1998, c. 872.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
