						<section><p>As soon as the courthouse is completed, the <span class="dictionary">board of supervisors</span> shall certify the <span class="dictionary">fact</span> to the <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> for the <span class="dictionary">county</span>, who shall, after sixty days&#x2019; notice, to be published in a newspaper in the <span class="dictionary">county</span> if any, and if none, then in a newspaper having general circulation in the <span class="dictionary">county</span>, <span class="dictionary">order</span> his <span class="dictionary">court</span> to be held in the new location.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 15-46; 1962, c. 623, &#xA7; 15.1-562; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
