						<section><p>A restrictive covenant that limits the use of property for recreation, voluntarily conveyed by a nonprofit recreational association to Loudoun <span class="dictionary">County</span> for recreational purposes, is void and against public policy to the extent that it would prohibit the recreational use of the property by the general public.</p></section></text><history>2023, c. 642.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
