						<section><p>Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="State highway systems excepted; town streets" href="/15.2-2000/">15.2-2000</a>, counties may install and maintain suitable lights on public rights-of-way in such counties, and pay the costs of such installation and maintenance.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 15-778; 1952, c. 125; 1962, c. 623, &#xA7; 15.1-380; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
