						<section><p>A municipality that provides <span class="dictionary">cable television service</span> shall enact an <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> establishing a procedure for the filing and resolution of complaints relating to the municipality&#x2019;s provision of <span class="dictionary">cable television service</span>. Such <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> shall comply with Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations and shall be no more favorable or less burdensome to the municipality than such procedure applicable to any <span class="dictionary">private provider</span> providing service in the municipality.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 677.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
