						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">locality</span> shall prohibit car washing as a noncommercial fundraising activity if the washing uses only biodegradable, phosphate-free, water-based cleaners, nor shall any permit issued pursuant to the State Water Control <span class="dictionary">Law</span> (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Short title; purpose" href="/62.1-44.2/">62.1-44.2</a> et seq.) prohibit the discharge of such noncommercial fundraising activity washwaters from a municipal separate storm sewer system.</p></section></text><history>2018, c. 793.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
