						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> or authority, as such term is defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/15.2-5101/">15.2-5101</a>, may provide a partial credit for excessive water and sewer charges where high water usage is caused by damaged pipes, leaks, accidents, or other intentional or unintentional causes.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 178; 2017, c. 736.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
