						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> shall not require, but may permit, the removal of trees to create stormwater management ponds or facilities if the minimum adequate outfall requirements and the requirements of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Cooperative state-local program" href="/62.1-44.15_67/">62.1-44.15:67</a> et seq.) can otherwise be met.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 221.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
