						<section><p>Upon a verified <span class="dictionary">petition</span> signed by the owners, other than the original subdivider, of ten percent of the lots in any subdivision, the board of directors or other <span class="dictionary">governing body</span> of the subdivision charged with collection of fees and the maintenance of common improvements shall render an annual report with a statement of account of all fees collected and the <span class="dictionary">disposition</span> of all funds derived from any fees assessed for the maintenance of common improvements to the lot owners. The board of directors or other <span class="dictionary">governing body</span> of the subdivision may charge the lot owners for the actual cost of copying the annual report.</p></section></text><history>1987, c. 501, &#xA7; 15.1-474.1; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
