						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">plat of subdivision</span> recorded in any clerk&#x2019;s office, whether or not pursuant to this article, may be vacated in the manner prescribed by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Vacation of plat after sale of lot" href="/15.2-2272/">15.2-2272</a> and the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Effect of vacation under &#xA7; 15.2-2272" href="/15.2-2274/">15.2-2274</a> and <a class="law" title="Duty of clerk when plat vacated" href="/15.2-2276/">15.2-2276</a> shall be applicable to such vacation.</p></section></text><history>1964, c. 564, &#xA7; 15.1-365; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
