						<section><p>Notwithstanding any other provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span>, no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a person required to register with the Sex Offender and <span class="dictionary">Crimes</span> Against <span class="dictionary">Minors</span> Registry pursuant to Chapter 9 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Purpose of the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry" href="/9.1-900/">9.1-900</a> et seq.) of Title 9.1 in an office or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.</p></section></text><history>2007, c. 878; 2020, c. 829.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
