						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">zoning</span> <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> shall not require that a <span class="dictionary">special exception</span> or special use permit be obtained in <span class="dictionary">order</span> to erect a tent on private property (i) intended to serve as a temporary structure for a period of three days or less and (ii) that will be used primarily for private or family-related events including, but not limited to, weddings and estate sales.</p></section></text><history>2006, c. 249.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
