						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The Governor and the several boards and commissions empowered to adopt regulations are hereby further empowered to change, alter or revise the regulations of any state agency in <span class="dictionary">order</span> to assure the proper functioning of the pilot program. <a id="paragraph-236393" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/15.2-2813/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
