						<section><p>The local <span class="dictionary">governing body</span>, upon approving the resolution or <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> creating the district, shall direct that a copy of the resolution or <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> be recorded in the land records of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> for the <span class="dictionary">locality</span> in which the district is located for each parcel included in the district and be noted on the land books of the <span class="dictionary">locality</span>.
