						<section><p>If the court enters an order as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="When court may enter order declaring need for commission no longer exists" href="/15.2-5216/">15.2-5216</a> that the need for the commission no longer exists, such order shall be final and, except for completing its affairs in accordance with the plan approved by the court, its authorities, powers and duties to transact business or to function shall cease to exist as of the date set forth in the <span class="dictionary">court order</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-290.2; 1970, c. 150, &#xA7; 15.1-1531; 1979, c. 719; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
