						<section><p>An <span class="dictionary">authority</span> shall have power to purchase, lease, obtain options upon, acquire by gift, grant, bequest, devise, or otherwise any property real or personal or any interest therein from any person, <span class="dictionary">locality</span> or <span class="dictionary">government</span>.
