						<section><p>If the <span class="dictionary">court</span> enters an <span class="dictionary">order</span>, as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Proceedings for dissolution" href="/15.2-5365/">15.2-5365</a>, that the need for such <span class="dictionary">authority</span> no longer exists, except for completing its affairs in accordance with the plan approved by the <span class="dictionary">court</span>, its authorities, powers and duties to transact business or to function shall cease to exist as of the date set forth in the <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-275.2; 1962, c. 395, &#xA7; 15.1-1601; 1979, c. 719; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
