						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">county</span> which has a sanitary district which includes the entire <span class="dictionary">county</span>, may exercise all of the powers granted to the sanitary district in the name of the <span class="dictionary">county</span> or in the name of the sanitary district, or both. If the board elects to exercise any of the powers of the sanitary district, it may expend funds from unrestricted <span class="dictionary">county</span> revenue sources, or from <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> issued pursuant to the Public Finance Act (Chapter 25 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Uniform fiscal year for all localities and school divisions" href="/15.2-2500/">15.2-2500</a> et seq.) of this title), or from restricted use funds, as appropriate to exercise the powers granted the sanitary district.</p></section></text><history>1980, c. 79, &#xA7; 15.1-687.2; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
