						<section><p>With the consent of the property owner, a <span class="dictionary">county</span> may enter private property and, at the <span class="dictionary">county</span>&#x2019;s expense, construct or reconstruct a system to divert water not requiring treatment by the <span class="dictionary">county</span>&#x2019;s sanitary sewer system into the <span class="dictionary">county</span>&#x2019;s storm sewer system.</p></section></text><history>1989, c. 622, &#xA7; 15.1-687.17; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
