						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The Cities of Chesapeake and Norfolk may by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> require any person who operates a business providing <span class="dictionary">martial arts instruction</span> to have at the site where instruction is taking place a person who has current certification or, within the last two years, has received training in emergency first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
			Any person who violates such an <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> may be subject to a civil <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> not to exceed $50 for the first violation and $100 for any subsequent violation. <a id="paragraph-259384" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/15.2-912.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
