						<section><p>In addition to any other authority granted to localities by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, any <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> regulate outdoor lighting within an area one-half mile around planetariums, astronomical observatories and meteorological laboratories.
