						<section><p>Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, any <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> establish and administer a tuition reimbursement program for eligible volunteer firefighters or volunteer emergency medical services personnel, or both, for the purposes of recruitment and retention.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 208; 2015, cc. 502, 503.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
