						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may locate and operate a retail fee-based electric vehicle charging station on property the <span class="dictionary">locality</span> owns or leases. A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may provide that the use of such station is restricted to employees of the <span class="dictionary">locality</span> and authorized visitors and may install signage that provides notice of such restriction.</p></section></text><history>2018, cc. 295, 446.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
