						<section><p>Notwithstanding any other provision of general <span class="dictionary">law</span>, localities may by <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> permit the parking of vehicles within residential areas in a public right-of-way that constitutes a part of the state highway system so long as the vehicle does not obstruct the right-of-way.</p></section></text><history>2015, c. 233.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
