						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may provide and operate armories and markets, or may <span class="dictionary">contract</span> with others for supplying such facilities. <a id="paragraph-211214" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/15.2-971/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
