						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">locality</span> receiving notification from the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that a change in the FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area map concerns or relates to real property within such <span class="dictionary">locality</span> shall provide to each owner of any such property (i) written notification that such change has occurred within that <span class="dictionary">locality</span> and (ii) written notification of the website, address, and telephone number for the National Flood Insurance Program to aid the property owner in determining if there has been a change to the flood risk of the property. Notice sent by bulk or first class mail to the last known address of such owner as shown on the current real estate tax assessment books or current real estate tax assessment records shall be deemed adequate compliance with this requirement.</p></section></text><history>2007, c. 211.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
