						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may sell any dog specially trained for police work to the handler who was last in control of such dog, at a price deemed by the <span class="dictionary">locality</span> to be appropriate. Such sale shall not be deemed a violation of the State and <span class="dictionary">Local Government</span> <span class="dictionary">Conflict of Interests</span> Act (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Policy; application; construction" href="/2.2-3100/">2.2-3100</a> et seq.).</p></section></text><history>2010, c. 714.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
