						<section><p>Subject to the limitations prescribed in Chapter 17 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="&quot;Judgment&quot; includes decree" href="/8.01-426/">8.01-426</a> et seq.) of Title 8.01, additional executions may be issued as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Subsequent executions" href="/8.01-475/">8.01-475</a>. Such executions shall be issued by the <span class="dictionary">judge</span> or clerk of the general district <span class="dictionary">court</span> and shall be returned to the <span class="dictionary">court</span> in which such papers are held on the return day of the execution.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555; 1983, c. 499.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
