						<section><p>If, after the return day of an execution issued on a <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> rendered by a <span class="dictionary">court</span> not of record, an officer shall collect money or take <span class="dictionary">possession</span> of property under such execution, he and his sureties shall be liable for such money or property in like manner as if it had been collected or taken before the return day.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
