						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">party</span> taking an <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> may, when there is more than one <span class="dictionary">court</span> having <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span>, direct to which of such <span class="dictionary">courts</span> the <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> shall be sent for <span class="dictionary">trial</span>, but in the absence of such directions the <span class="dictionary">judge</span> or clerk shall send the same to any <span class="dictionary">court</span> having <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span>.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
