						<section><p>In any proceeding in a district <span class="dictionary">court</span> or <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> where a juvenile is alleged to have committed a <span class="dictionary">delinquent act</span>, the Commonwealth shall be permitted to introduce <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> establishing the age of the juvenile at any time prior to adjudication of the case.</p></section></text><history>1994, c. 913; 1996, cc. 755, 914.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
