						<section><p>As used in this article, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Parent</span>&#x201D; includes <span class="dictionary">parent</span>, guardian, legal custodian, or other person standing in loco parentis.
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Public service project</span>&#x201D; means any governmental or quasi-governmental agency project or any project of a nonprofit corporation or association operated exclusively for charitable or community purposes.</p></section></text><history>1991, c. 534.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
