						<section><p>In cases involving judicial consent to the matters set out in subsections C and D of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Jurisdiction; consent for abortion" href="/16.1-241/">16.1-241</a>, the <span class="dictionary">juvenile court</span> or the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> court providing consent may also make any appropriate <span class="dictionary">order</span> to protect the health and welfare of the child.</p></section></text><history>1991, c. 534.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
