						<section><p>When a person is ordered to participate in therapy, counseling or similar continuing programs, a <span class="dictionary">motion</span> may be filed with <span class="dictionary">the court</span> to reconsider the order, whether <span class="dictionary">interlocutory</span> or final, or the terms and conditions of participation at any time after the order is entered. The <span class="dictionary">motion</span> shall be heard within thirty days. Any order disposing of such <span class="dictionary">motion</span> shall be deemed to be a <span class="dictionary">final order</span> for purposes of <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> pursuant to Article 11 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Jurisdiction of appeals; procedure" href="/16.1-296/">16.1-296</a> et seq.), of this chapter.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 771.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
